Refund Policy
Refund and Returns Policy of Share Group Pty Ltd
Share Chocolates are sold exclusively through our website, this Refund and Returns Policy ("Policy") applies to purchases through www.sharechocolates.com.au. The web store is designed to provide you with as much information as necessary to help you make the right selection.
Unless otherwise agreed by us, all Products are sold on a no return for credit basis unless:
- Products are received in a damage state;
- Products are not of satisfactory quality; or
- Your order was incorrectly supplied.
In the event of one of the above, Share Chocolates will deliver to you a replacement Product or a refund for the price paid.
Claims for credit must be made within 7 (seven) days of receipt of the Product. Refund enquiries can be sent to support@sharechocolates.com.au or contact us via phone on 1300 801 445. All returns and refunds will be at the discretion of Share Chocolates.
Share Chocolates will infrequently substitute a truffle flavour when the Product selection is out of stock. In these instances, we will attempt to notify you prior to shipping your order of the changes.
